Success Story for Starting Work Safely!
Orchard Print Services have put all their 10 members of staff and both Directors
through Starting Work Safely. Janet Head, Director of Orchard Print Services,
says,
“We were looking for a
structured assessment-based induction for new staff
and needed
to ensure that the knowledge of our current staff
was
up to date. Starting Work Safely allowed us to deliver validated training
without disrupting the running of the business. The
staff found the course easy to
use and really enjoyed the interactive tutorials. The opportunity to
self-test at every stage built confidence and reinforced
knowledge whilst preparing them
for their summative assessments. I have evidence that all staff have
passed an approved training course, every member
of staff has been awarded a certificate
from IOSH, and the whole experience has been very successful.”
